PARKPLACE RESIDENCE
Sorcar Engineering, Inc. was hired to design the complete electrical engineering for Parkplace Residence to accommodate the elderly . The project included a complex security system, nurse-call, sound and fire alarm system, integrated with main service of two separate voltages. The building has an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, recreational and health-care facilities, a full size restaurant, vast landscaping and an attached clubhouse. Sorcar Engineering provided lighting design with special treatment to meet the needs of the elderly for this $22,000,000 project. |
