DENVER CONVENTION CENTER HOTEL

Sorcar Engineering, Inc. was selected to be the Lighting Engineer of Record and co-lighting designer for the 1.25 million sq. ft Denver Convention Center Hyatt Regency Hotel. The 37 floor project includes 60,000 sq. ft. of Meeting space including two Ballrooms, a four story Atrium, a large Health Club facility, 1,100 rooms, a restaurant and rooftop lounge. The construction cost of this project is estimated to be $285,000,000. The construction is scheduled to be completed in 2005.
